These terms of use apply to this website, operated by Level Repiping Charlotte. Level Repiping Charlotte offers and manages house repiping across the Charlotte area, and the work is performed by licensed and insured contractors. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information on this site
The guides, service pages and blog posts explain how repiping works, what moves the price, and the codes, permits and utility rules that apply in the Charlotte area. They are general information, written to help you understand your options. They are not an inspection of your house, a diagnosis of a particular problem, or legal, insurance or engineering advice.
Codes, permit fees and utility rules change. Figures from government agencies and utilities are attributed to them, and the agency’s own current publication is the final word. Whether a particular repipe needs a permit, and which rules apply, is confirmed for each project with the permit office.
Prices and estimates
Prices on this site, including the typical Charlotte-area range for a whole house PEX repipe, describe typical market ranges. They are not quotes, offers or fixed prices for any house. The cost estimator and the repipe assessment give planning information from the answers you enter; they cannot see your house, and their results are not quotes or diagnoses.
The price for your house comes in a written scope after an assessment. That written scope, and any agreement you sign for the work, set out the work, the price and the terms that apply to it. If anything on this site differs from your written scope or agreement, the written scope and agreement govern.
Sending a request
When you send the estimate form or call, you agree to provide accurate information and to be contacted about your request using the details you give. Sending a request does not commit you to any work. How the information you send is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Using the site and its content
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use, including the printable repipe planning checklist. The text, layout, graphics, photos and tools on this site belong to Level Repiping Charlotte or are used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or sold without written permission.
Please do not misuse the site: no false or automated requests, no attempts to interfere with the forms or the relay that carries them, and no attempts to reach parts of the site that are not public.
Links to other sites
The site links to government agencies, utilities and other outside sources so you can check the original. Level Repiping Charlotte does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content.
Limits on responsibility
The site and its tools are provided as is and as available. Level Repiping Charlotte makes no promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that general information on it fits your particular house. To the extent the law allows, Level Repiping Charlotte is not liable for losses that result from relying on the site’s general information or tools instead of an assessment of your house. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
